Position Overview
- Role: SAP SD Functional Consultant
- Employment Type: Direct Payroll with End Client (Saint-Gobain)
- Experience Required: 8 – 12 Years
- Budget: Up to 24 LPA
- Location: Mumbai (Andheri – Times Square)
- Working Model: 5 Days Work from Office
- Shift: Rotational Shift
- Req Status: Active
- Interview Mode: Walk-in Drive (24th & 25th June 2026)
- Selection Process: 2 Technical Rounds + HR Round (Same Day)
- Joining: Immediate to 20 Days (Only serving notice period / immediate joiners preferred)
Mandatory Skills
- 8–12 years of overall IT experience with 10+ years in SAP SD
- Strong expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution processes
- Hands-on experience in:
- Pricing & Condition Techniques
- Rebate processing
- Third-party sales
- Intercompany sales
- Stock transfer & ATP
- Sales, Delivery, PGI, Billing, Output determination
- Strong knowledge of IDOC/EDI and interface integrations
- Experience in Transportation Management / Shipping & Logistics processes
- Exposure to cross-functional integration with FI and MM modules
- Experience in LSMW and master data (Customer/Material/Condition records)
- Experience working with global clients (Europe/US preferred)
- Hands-on with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
Preferred Skills
- SAP Certification in SD (added advantage)
- Experience with User Exits, BADI, Enhancements
- Basic ABAP debugging knowledge
- Experience in Service Billing and Output/Forms (Sales, Shipping, Billing)
- Exposure to monitoring tools like:
- Dynatrace
- Datadog
- Splunk
- AWS CloudWatch
- Experience writing:
- Functional specifications
- Test scripts
- Custom reports
- Knowledge of Agile / ITIL practices
Key ResponsibilitiesSAP SD Delivery & Support
- Manage end-to-end SAP SD service delivery including Sales, Billing, Shipping, and Logistics processes
- Support configuration and enhancement of SAP SD functionalities
Integration & Interface Management
- Work with IDOC, EDI, and third-party system integrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional and external teams for seamless data flow
Configuration & Enhancements
- Perform detailed SAP SD configuration including pricing, rebates, ATP, and output determination
- Develop enhancements using User Exits and BADIs where required
Incident & Service Management
- Handle production issues using ITSM tools like ServiceNow
- Ensure SLA/KPI compliance and reduce incident turnaround time (MTTR)
- Monitor system performance and ensure service stability
Documentation & Testing
- Prepare functional specifications and test scripts
- Support UAT and regression testing activities
- Maintain documentation for changes and enhancements
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Timely delivery of transition milestones
- Service stabilization post go-live
- SLA/KPI adherence
- Reduction in incidents and recurring issues
- Improved MTTR and ticket resolution time
- Customer satisfaction and stakeholder feedback
- Automation and efficiency improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- ITIL Certification preferred
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile / SAFe certification is an added advantage
Pay: Up to ₹200,000.00 per month
