Apparels Dozo is hiring a Front Desk Fashion Designer for our Chandigarh location. We are looking for a professional, confident, and customer-focused candidate who can manage front desk responsibilities and assist customers with styling and garment selections.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and assist them professionally
- Understand customer needs and provide styling suggestions
- Manage front desk operations and appointments
- Coordinate with customers and internal team members
- Handle customer inquiries through phone and social media
- Support daily store operations
Requirements:
- Strong customer handling and communication skills
- Strong spoken English communication skills
- Basic knowledge of social media handling
- Experience in Western and Indian garments preferred
- Good sense of fashion trends and styling
- Professional and presentable personality
- Friendly, confident, and customer-focused approach
