Job Requirements
Titan Company Limited is seeking a dynamic and strategic Corporate Brand Manager to strengthen and elevate the corporate brand across internal and external audiences. This role will be responsible for conceptualising and executing integrated communication initiatives that enhance Titan's reputation, culture, employer brand, and thought leadership.
Working closely with CXO Offices, People Function teams, ESG teams, and brand & business teams, the incumbent will drive campaigns, events, and content that bring Titan's purpose, values, and achievements to life for employees, customers, prospective talent, and other stakeholders.
This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka
- Act as a custodian of the Titan corporate brand, ensuring consistent articulation of the company's purpose, values, culture, and strategic priorities.
- Conceptualize and execute integrated communication campaigns across internal and external channels
- Partner with CSR, DEI, Sustainability, and other corporate functions to conceptualize and execute high-impact communication campaigns.
- Lead flagship internal communication and engagement initiatives such as the MD's Cascade, Impulse Marketing Sessions, Retail Excellence Sessions, leadership forums, and culture-building campaigns.
- Support strategic corporate events, leadership engagements, and brand-building initiatives.
- Work closely with agencies and creative partners to develop campaign assets and communication materials.
Work Experience
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- About 8 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the fashion & lifestyle industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies
- Strong understanding of market research and analysis techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; self starter
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Additional Parameters
- Experience in brand marketing, social media marketing is preferred
- Basic proficiency in tools like Canva, Instagram, Instagram Edits and/or other editing tools
- Knowledge of consumer behaviour is a plus
