Job Description:
An energetic and motivated Operations executive who meets and exceeds
business objectives.
Responsibilities: ● Check the implementation of SOPs through the CRM.
● Coordinates between vendors for stock procurement.
● Conducts audits of stock, medicine & other jobs to handle the
breakdowns.
● Does proper documentation of operational procedures &
activities.
● Compile all orders from the clinic and present combine report to
his/her manager for final approval.
● Place an order of approved stock to respective vendor and
purchase consumables and housekeeping goods to provide at all
centres as per timeline.
● Maintain records of purchase on CRM and present weekly reports
of the same to his/her reporting manager.
● Generate transfer challan of the stock to be dispatched to all
centres and courier the same on time to make it available as per
protocol.
● Compile HO attendance on last day of every month and share
report with his/her reporting manager.

Qualifications &
Skills required:
● Advanced analytical, evaluative, and objective critical thinking
skills.
● Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers,
partners, and employees.
● Well versed in Ms Excel, PowerPoint, CRM usage, flow chart &
mindmap.
● Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations or a similar role.
