Chemistry Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome Good communication skills in Malayalam (English is an added advantage) Passion for agriculture and helping farmers Basic computer and smartphone skills Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers. Provide crop advisory and guide farmers on best agricultural practices. Follow up with farmers through phone, WhatsApp, and field coordination. Coordinate soil testing, crop monitoring, and agronomist visits. Maintain farmer records and CRM updates. Explain Morbeez products and services to farmers. Collect farmer feedback and support AI-based crop diagnosis.
