- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems, lighting, distribution boards, and power equipment.
- Carry out minor plumbing repairs, including leakage rectification, replacement of taps, valves, pipelines, and sanitary fittings.
- Perform basic HVAC maintenance, including filter cleaning, inspection, and troubleshooting.
- Attend and close maintenance complaints within the agreed service levels.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and utilities to identify potential issues.
- Maintain daily maintenance logs, checklists, and service reports.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety procedures and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with supervisors and vendors during major maintenance activities.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts in good condition.
- Support emergency maintenance activities and breakdown response as required.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
