About the Role
CloudSufi is hiring a Full Stack Developer to build the application and tooling around an AI agent testing platform for an enterprise client. You will turn an evaluation engine into usable software: a test runner, a lightweight SDK for other engineering teams, reporting dashboards, and CI/CD integration.
Responsibilities -
> Build and maintain the test runner and the plug-in SDK that agent teams use to onboard their agents.
> Develop reporting and dashboard interfaces that present evaluation results clearly.
> Integrate the platform with CI/CD pipelines so failing quality gates block deployments.
> Build and maintain APIs connecting the evaluation engine, data stores, and front-end.
> Collaborate with evaluation and operations engineers to ship a cohesive product.
Required qualifications -
> 3+ years of full-stack development experience.
> Strong Python and a modern frontend framework (React or similar).
> Experience building REST APIs, dashboards, and CI/CD integrations.
> Working knowledge of cloud services (Google Cloud preferred).
Preferred qualifications -
> Experience building developer tooling or SDKs used by other engineering teams.
> Exposure to AI/LLM applications.

- Must have worked with US/Europe based clients in onsite/offshore delivery model
- Should have very good verbal and written communication, technical articulation, listening and presentation skills
- Should have proven analytical and problem solving skills
- Should have demonstrated effective task prioritization, time management and internal/external stakeholder management skills
- Should be a quick learner and team player
- Should have experience of working under stringent deadlines in a Matrix organization structure
