We are looking for a passionate HR Manager who can build people, processes and performance-driven culture.
Role Objective
The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the complete Human Resource ecosystem of Learning Baggers Pvt Ltd including recruitment, employee development, performance management, training coordination, culture building and HR process implementation.
The role requires a person who can work as a "People Growth Partner" and help the organization scale with the right team and right systems.
Key Job Responsibilities (JR)1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Understand manpower requirements from management
- Prepare JD/JR for different positions
- Manage recruitment through Indeed, LinkedIn, references and other platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate final interviews with department heads
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker
- Build a strong talent pipeline for future expansion
2. Employee Onboarding & Induction
- Design professional joining experience for new employees
- Conduct company orientation program
- Explain company vision, mission, values and work culture
- Maintain joining documents and employee records
- Create role clarity through JD, JR, KRA & KPI discussion
3. Performance Management System (PMS)
- Implement monthly performance review process
- Prepare and monitor employee KRA & KPI scorecards
- Track productivity and goal achievement
- Coordinate review meetings with leadership team
- Identify performance gaps and improvement plans
4. Training & Employee Development
- Identify employee training requirements
- Prepare monthly employee development calendar
- Coordinate internal learning sessions
- Improve communication, leadership and professional skills of team members
- Build continuous learning culture inside organization
5. HR Operations & Documentation
- Maintain employee database
- Manage attendance and leave records
- Prepare HR policies and SOP documents
- Handle employee files and documentation
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information
- Ensure smooth HR administration
6. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Create positive and energetic workplace environment
- Conduct team activities and employee engagement programs
- Promote ownership mindset among employees
- Handle employee concerns professionally
- Improve employee satisfaction and retention
7. Organization Development
- Support management in building company structure
- Design reporting hierarchy
- Create growth path for employees
- Support expansion planning with manpower strategy
- Help convert people dependency into process-driven organization

Preferred Candidate Profile
- MBA HR / Graduate with HR Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR function
