We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid acquisition and growth marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns, optimizing marketing spend, and driving measurable business outcomes through analytics and experimentation.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other performance marketing channels to maximize ROI, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Other paid media channels as applicable
- Manage monthly advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and campaign structures.
- Collaborate with content, design, product, and sales teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Build and maintain dashboards using Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and other reporting tools.
- Analyze customer journeys and identify opportunities for growth and conversion optimization.
- Implement and manage tracking, attribution, and conversion measurement systems.
- Stay updated on digital advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing.
- Proven experience managing paid campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Strong expertise in:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Experience with conversion tracking, attribution models, and marketing analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
