Job Title: Chinese Chef

Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chinese Chef to join our cloud kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in preparing authentic and Indo-Chinese cuisine, maintaining food quality, hygiene standards, and ensuring timely order preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Chinese and Indo-Chinese dishes as per standard recipes.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
- Manage food preparation and mise en place before service hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and inform management about stock requirements.
- Minimize food wastage and control kitchen costs.
- Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of orders.
- Train and guide kitchen assistants when required.
- Follow all kitchen safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Chinese Chef.
- Strong knowledge of Chinese and Indo-Chinese cuisine.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume cloud kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Team player with a positive attitude and good time management skills.
- Ability to work long shifts and handle pressure during peak hours.
