Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and versatile Graphic Designer & Creative Visualizer to manage visual communication across our wedding, event, and corporate verticals. The ideal candidate should have experience in social media design, event branding, corporate collaterals, presentation design, and motion graphics, with a strong understanding of brand consistency and premium design execution.
Key Responsibilities1) Social Media Design & Brand Presence
- Design and manage Instagram Stories, Posts, Reels Covers, Highlights, and social media creatives on a regular basis.
- Maintain brand aesthetics, visual consistency, and company design standards across all digital platforms.
- Create engaging creatives that support audience growth, reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop content-led visual assets.
2) Wedding & Event Creative Design
Design event-specific branding and creative assets including:
- Wedding logos & monograms
- Save the Date invitations
- E-invites
- Event collaterals
- Welcome notes
- Signages
- Itinerary designs
- Menu cards
- Room drops
- Gift packaging designs
- Event branding elements
Ensure every project aligns with the client’s theme, mood board, and event identity.
3) Corporate Branding & Company Collaterals
- Design and update company profiles, introduction PDFs, pitch decks, presentations, brochures, and business proposals.
- Create and maintain brand assets including:
- Business cards
- Email signatures
- Logos & logo variations
- Letterheads
- Corporate templates
- Company stationery
- Ensure all corporate materials follow the company’s brand guidelines.
4) Presentation Enhancement & Design Fine-Tuning
- Refine and elevate presentations prepared by internal teams.
- Enhance décor presentations, event concepts, mood boards, pitch decks, and client proposals.
- Improve layouts, typography, visual hierarchy, and overall presentation aesthetics.
- Ensure all presentations meet company design standards before client submission.
5) Video Editing & Motion Graphics
- Create promotional videos, event teasers, invitation videos, animations, and motion graphics for weddings and company branding.
- Support visual storytelling through dynamic and engaging video content.
6) Brand Management & Creative Quality Control
- Act as the brand custodian for all visual communications.
- Maintain consistency in fonts, colors, layouts, imagery, and visual identity across all platforms and projects.
- Ensure all creative outputs meet premium quality standards.
7) Website Design Coordination
- Review company websites from a design and user-experience perspective.
- Suggest improvements in layout, visuals, graphics, banners, and overall website aesthetics.
- Coordinate with website developers for design implementation and updates.
- Maintain visual consistency across web pages.

- Adobe Photoshop

- PowerPoint / Presentation Design
Required Skill Set
- Strong understanding of typography, branding, color theory, and visual storytelling
- Strong sense of layout, composition, and premium aesthetics
- Ability to work across digital, print, event, and presentation formats
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain brand consistency
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
- Experience in wedding, luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, or event design is a plus
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in graphic design / visual design / creative design roles
- Portfolio showcasing branding, social media, presentations, event creatives, and video/motion work
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to understand briefs and convert them into polished visual outputs
- A proactive mindset with a strong eye for design quality and detail
