Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client partnerships within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, diagnostics, and healthtech sectors.
The role involves identifying new business opportunities, pitching integrated healthcare marketing and communication solutions, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert new business opportunities in:
- Pharmaceutical companies
- Medical device companies
- Diagnostics and healthcare brands
- Hospitals and healthtech startups
- Build relationships with marketing teams, brand managers, and decision-makers
- Pitch Pramact’s services including:
- Healthcare marketing
- Digital campaigns
- Medical communication
- Conferences & CMEs
- Doctor engagement solutions
- Content and branding solutions
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
- Coordinate with internal creative and execution teams
- Maintain strong follow-up and client servicing standards
- Represent the company at industry meetings, conferences, and events
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in:
- Healthcare business development
- Pharma marketing
- Healthcare agency sales
- Medical communication or digital health sales
- Strong network within pharma and healthcare industry preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities
- Self-driven and target-oriented
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working with pharma marketing or healthcare communication agencies
- Understanding of healthcare branding and doctor engagement ecosystem
- Ability to independently drive business opportunities
Compensation
- Fixed salary + attractive incentives
