Job Summary
The Guest Relation Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to guests throughout their travel experience. The role involves assisting guests with travel-related services, coordinating with internal teams and service providers, handling guest queries, ensuring smooth airport and hotel assistance, and maintaining a high standard of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests professionally throughout their journey.
- Coordinate airport meet-and-greet services, arrivals, departures, and transfers.
- Ensure seamless execution of tour itineraries and travel arrangements.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, complaints, and emergencies promptly and courteously.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, tour guides, and other vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of guest details, service reports, and daily operational activities.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with guests and business partners.
- Support the operations team during peak travel periods and special events.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Travel Management, or any related field.
- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in tourism
- Fluency in English and the local language; additional languages will be an added advantage.
