Job Summary
We are hiring a Customer Support Executive for our Travel & Tourism operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, assisting with bus ticket bookings, providing travel-related information, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in customer support or ticket booking operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through phone calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and online channels.
- Book bus tickets using online booking portals and travel software.
- Provide information on bus routes, schedules, fares, boarding points, and seat availability.
- Assist customers with ticket modifications, cancellations, and rescheduling requests.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with operations and booking teams for smooth travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate booking records and customer information.
- Follow up with customers regarding booking confirmations and travel updates.
- Ensure timely and professional customer support at all times.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Travel, Tourism, or Ticket Booking.
- Fluency in Tamil, English, and Telugu is mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use online booking systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in bus ticket booking or travel operations.
- Knowledge of major bus routes and travel services.
- Familiarity with online reservation and ticketing software.
