Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Floor Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the office floor, ensure smooth workflow, supervise staff, and maintain a productive and professional work environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily floor operations to ensure smooth business activities.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and overall discipline.
- Allocate work and ensure tasks are completed within the assigned timelines.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless workflow.
- Address employee concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and workplace standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the office floor.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance to improve productivity.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Conduct regular floor rounds to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.
- Handle escalations from employees and customers professionally.
- Coordinate with HR, Administration, IT, and other support teams for operational requirements.
- Organize team briefings and communicate management updates effectively.
- Assist in onboarding and training new employees.
- Ensure all company assets and equipment are properly maintained.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
