As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, engaging with prospective and existing customers, nurturing leads, and closing sales.
This role requires a proactive, strategic, and results-oriented individual who is passionate about business development and customer engagement. A genuine interest in automotive culture is highly advantageous.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, referrals, follow-ups, and market research.
- Introduce Esperer Motors' products, including body kits, aerodynamic components, and performance accessories.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline by qualifying leads and guiding prospects through the sales cycle.
- Develop strategies to penetrate new markets, customer segments, and geographic territories.
- Upsell and cross-sell products from Esperer Motors and partner brands including BMC, Brembo, Eibach, EBC, H&R, DGR, Bilstein, and MTS.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, and lead-time details.
- Maintain CRM records and update pipeline information regularly.
- Re-engage dormant and inactive customers through targeted outreach.
- Ensure all client interactions reflect the premium image of the brand.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Submit regular reports on:
- Sales performance
- Lead conversion rates
- Pipeline health
- Market insights
- Analyze customer objections and improve sales approaches.
- Participate in quarterly business reviews with actionable growth recommendations.
Brand Representation & Collaboration
- Represent Esperer Motors professionally across all customer interactions.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of products, partner brands, and promotions.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams on campaigns and product launches.
- Represent the company at automotive exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events when required.

Experience & Knowledge
- 1–2 years of experience in:

- Client-facing Commercial Roles
- Experience with CRM systems such as:
- Salesforce
- Zoho CRM
- Similar platforms
- Experience in automotive, aftermarket accessories, or performance parts industry is preferred.
- Basic understanding of automotive products and terminology is an advantage.
- Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Language Requirements
- Malayalam – Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing.
- Hindi – Strong communication skills.
- English – Professional-level proficiency.
