Job Summary
Miracle Infratech is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, understanding client requirements, presenting suitable residential and commercial properties, and closing sales transactions. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Responsibilities are aligned with common real estate sales roles and industry hiring standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, social media, and channel partners.
* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
* Conduct property presentations and coordinate site visits.
* Follow up regularly with prospective buyers and investors.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
* Negotiate pricing and facilitate property bookings and sales closures.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM.
* Coordinate with developers, legal teams, and internal departments for smooth transaction processing.
* Stay updated on market trends, project details, and competitor offerings.
Requirements
* 12 in any discipline (preferred).
* 6 Months –7 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Real estate , Plot sales, farmhouse sales
* Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong sales mindset may also apply.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM software, and digital sales tools.
* Knowledge of the Noida/NCR real estate market will be an added advantage.
