Qualification - Candidates with Diploma/ ITI Background and having relevant experience will be given preference. Diploma in (Mechanical / Electrical preferred) Engineering.
Requirment - Min. 2 to 5 Yrs. Experience in Railways & Metros
* Proven experience in Machine Maintenance
* Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explaincomplex engineering concepts
* Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
* Willingness to travel (All over India) as required
Key Roll & Responsibilites - Install, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment, systems, and processes. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
* Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent equipment failures *Perform diagnostic tests and analyze data to identify and resolve problems
* Develop and implement repair plans to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
* Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide technical solutions
* Provide training and support to customers on equipment operation and maintenance
* Prepare and submit technical reports, and other documentation as required
