Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machines as per SOP
- Ensure daily production targets are achieved
- Perform machine setup and basic adjustments
- Conduct in-process quality checks
- Maintain proper documentation of production records
- Follow safety procedures and company policies
- Identify and report machine faults or abnormalities
- Maintain workplace cleanliness (5S standards)
- Reduce wastage and improve productivity
- Assist maintenance team for minor troubleshooting
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in manufacturing industry
- Basic knowledge of machine operations
- Ability to work in shifts
- Physically fit and disciplined
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
