Hiring: Operations Intern – Integrated Facility Management
Location: Delhi/Faridabad
Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month

About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Operations Interns to support our Integrated Facility Management operations. The role involves field work, manpower management, recruitment support, and site coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to client sites.
- Assist in manpower sourcing, screening, and recruitment.
- Coordinate employee deployment at various locations.
- Maintain attendance and workforce records.
- Support housekeeping, security, and technical operations.
- Ensure proper staffing at assigned sites.
- Coordinate with clients and site supervisors.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Follow up on absenteeism and manpower shortages.
- Assist in resolving operational issues at sites.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to work in the field and coordinate with multiple teams.
- Problem-solving and team management skills.
Eligibility
- IHFM Course Completed.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Facility Management, Housekeeping, Security Services, or Operations.
