We are looking for a highly accomplished and result-oriented Regional Sales Head for Mumbai to lead and expand our Enterprise Technology Business.
The candidate should possess 15+ years of expertise and experience in Enterprise IT Sales with deep expertise in ICT Infrastructure services, including Datacenter, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Emerging Technology-led Digital Transformation solutions.
The individual will be responsible for Mumbai Business P&L, drive revenue growth, build high-performance sales teams, manage strategic customer relationships and engagements, grow and expand the customer base, leveraging and strengthening—growing OEM partnerships, managing Mumbai’s overall high-performing team, and successfully execute business with a focus on high customer satisfaction.
Business Growth & Revenue Management
- Own and drive the complete Mumbai business P&L.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual revenue and profitability targets.
- Drive growth across Enterprise, BFSI, Manufacturing, IT/ITES, Government, PSU and Large Corporate segments.
- Build a strong pipeline of opportunities across ICT Infrastructure services including Datacenter, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Emerging Technology-led Digital Transformation solutions.
- Identify new markets, strategic accounts and growth opportunities.
Enterprise & Solution Sales
- Lead consultative selling engagements with CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, CISOs and Procurement Heads.
- Manage large enterprise deals and strategic accounts.
Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales organization.
- Lead sales, account management, pre-sales, and business development teams.
- Establish performance metrics, sales governance, and review mechanisms.
- Drive a culture of accountability, customer focus, and execution excellence.
- Drive customer retention, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
Strategic Alliances & Partner Management
- Develop strong relationships with OEMs, Solution Providers, and Technology Partners.
- Drive joint go-to-market initiatives and partner-led revenue growth.
Bid & Commercial Management
- Lead large and complex RFP/RFQ engagements.
- Drive solution positioning, commercial negotiations, and contract closures.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to create winning proposals.
- Ensure profitable deal structuring and risk management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technology, or equivalent.
- MBA (Marketing/Business Management) preferred.
- Achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
