Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert sales leads into business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct follow-ups and coordinate with prospective customers
- Meet monthly sales targets and business objectives
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate (any stream)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales
- Prior experience in Hospitals, Healthcare, HR, or Recruitment preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn
