Shift Manager – Kulcha Patola
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day shift-wise restaurant operations.
- Ensure strict implementation of Kulcha Patola SOPs across service and operations.
- Supervise, train, and schedule team members during assigned shifts.
- Monitor food quality, service standards, and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely service recovery.
- Control inventory, wastage, and operational costs during shifts.
- Ensure outlet hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety compliance.
- Oversee billing accuracy, cash handling, and shift reports.
- Drive upselling, add-on sales, and local store-level promotions.
- Coordinate with Restaurant Manager and central teams for smooth operations.
- Perform any other duties as instructed by the management.
Qualification and Experience:
- Graduate or Diploma holder (Hospitality Background).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in QSR (KFC, MCD, DOMINOS etc.) operations.
- Good verbal communication and people management skills.
- Flexible to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory handling, and cash management.
Salary offered: Rs 18,000 - Rs 21,000 per month
