Job Description
Technical KPI Validation & Report Extraction
- Perform accurate data validation on key performance indicators (KPIs) across various financial systems.
- Extract and verify monthly and ad-hoc reports for RM-CU (Consumer Unit) and RM-BU (Business Unit).
- Ensure consistency and integrity of data sourced from multiple Mobily systems, including:
- CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
- BRM (Billing and Revenue Management)
- IN (Intelligent Network)
- Single View (Unified customer data platform)
- NS (New Stack)
- PGW (Payment Gateway)
- Support audit requirements and maintain proper documentation of validation processes.
- Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives related to reporting and KPI validation
Required Skills & Experience:
· Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
· Experience working with telecom financial or operational systems
· Advanced Excel / reporting tool proficiency
· Ability to handle large datasets with high accuracy
· Strong attention to detail and data validation capability
· Good communication skills for cross-functional coordination
