Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage Mortgage loan, Loan Against Property business within the assigned territory.
- Achieve business targets while ensuring branch profitability.
- Identify local market opportunities and execute business sourcing activities through the team.
- Drive sales productivity by coordinating business, collections, and operations.
- Maintain healthy portfolio quality by managing PDD and optimizing weighted IRR.
- Ensure timely collections and minimize overdue accounts.
- Source new customers, address customer grievances promptly, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned branch targets as well as individual and team performance goals.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
