Role and Responsibilities: - Understand clients’ persona, their business requirements and expectations.
- Perform requirement gathering and detail the requirements/flows very well using Figma or Figjam.
- Further, confirm and clarify the requirements with the clients based on the wireframes prepared.
- Additionally, conduct secondary research on similar solutions available in the market in terms of their features and technology stack and accordingly based on your study recommend upgradations/features as per the latest trends.
- Be well-versed with the latest trends with regard to systems, features, offerings, technology and design.
- Define project boundaries and scope very well alongside ensuring no scope creep happens.
- Create service summaries by determining the effort involved in development in collaboration with developers alongside defining the ToR and terms of service very clearly.
- Draft proposals and quotations on behalf of the company.
- Conduct sprint meets to prioritise work and divide it amongst team members effectively.
- Do backlog grooming from time to time.
- Handle clients very well in case of issues/ bugs encountered and get them resolved in collaboration with the backend team.
- Be quick to respond to clients at all times.
- Keep sight of timelines and manage deliverables.
- Test and review deliverables before handover.
- Interact and handhold clients throughout the process for requirement gathering, clarification, brainstorming, expectation management, handovers and walkthroughs etc, alongside building good professional relationships with them.
- Ensure project closure within given timelines and budget.Requirement(s): - Must have a degree and at least 6 months to 1 year of formal work experience.
