Marketing Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Engineer with strong experience in Plastic Injection Moulding and exposure to Automobile and Die Casting industries. The candidate will be responsible for business development, customer relationship management, and technical marketing activities to support company growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
· Identify and develop new business opportunities in automobile and die casting sectors
· Generate leads, conduct client visits, and convert inquiries into orders
· Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and Tier suppliers
2. Customer Relationship Management
· Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions
· Act as a single point of contact between customers and internal teams
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely communication
3. Technical & Commercial Activities
· Prepare techno-commercial quotations and cost estimations
· Discuss feasibility, timelines, and technical specifications with customers
· Follow up on quotations and ensure order closures
4. Coordination & Execution
· Coordinate with Design, Production, and Quality teams for project execution
· Monitor project progress and ensure on-time delivery
· Address customer concerns and ensure quick resolution
5. Market Intelligence
· Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
· Support management with inputs for pricing and business strategy
Qualification
Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Experience Required
✔ 5 – 8 years in Plastic Injection Moulding / Automobile / Die Casting industries
Key Skills & Competencies
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔ Technical understanding of moulds and manufacturing processes
✔ Ability to handle clients independently
✔ Customer-focused approach with problem-solving ability
✔ Willingness to travel for client visits
