The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term business clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and institutional customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements and competitor activities.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, payment follow-up, and customer support.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from clients.
- Maintain daily sales reports, visit reports, and customer database.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade meetings, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, channel sales, or institutional sales.
- Experience in manufacturing/FMCG/industrial products will be preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
