Overview:
We are looking for a professional Receptionist & Admin Assistant to manage front-desk operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.
Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Visitor Management

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner

Manage visitor entry, issue badges, and maintain visitor logs

Ensure adherence to office security and safety protocols

Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up

Handle basic email communication and inquiries

Maintain records of visitors, calls, couriers, and office inventory
Administrative Support

Manage reception area, meeting rooms, and office supplies

Schedule meeting rooms and coordinate with internal teams

Assist with basic administrative tasks such as document handling, courier coordination, and data entry

Vendor management

Assist with hotel and travel bookings for visitors / employees

Support HR/Admin teams with onboarding formalities and office events

Qualifications:
