We’re Hiring: US C2C Offshore Business Development Specialist
SWAQ IT Consulting is looking for an experienced professional who can help us develop business opportunities in the US market through the C2C offshore engagement model.
This is a business-generation role—not a general recruitment or bench-sales position.
The selected professional will be responsible for connecting SWAQ IT Consulting with US-based companies that require skilled offshore IT professionals, remote technical resources or project-based delivery support from India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify US companies, staffing firms, MSPs, prime vendors and implementation partners open to offshore C2C collaboration
- Generate qualified business leads and genuine project requirements
- Build direct relationships with decision-makers and vendor-management teams
- Introduce SWAQ’s offshore network, cybersecurity, cloud and IT consulting capabilities
- Present suitable offshore consultants and technical teams for relevant requirements
- Arrange discovery meetings between prospects and SWAQ’s founder or technical team
- Support vendor registration, proposals, commercial negotiations and agreement finalisation
- Follow up consistently until an opportunity moves towards closure
- Maintain a structured pipeline of leads, meetings, proposals and expected revenue
- Help convert new accounts into long-term and recurring business partnerships
Who Should Apply?

- Individuals who understand C2C agreements, offshore delivery, billing rates and payment terms
- Strong communicators who can independently represent the company in the US market
- Candidates comfortable working during US business hours
