Job Overview
To support mechanical maintenance activities for CNC, VMC, forging machines. Responsible for assisting in routine checks, minor repairs, and ensuring machines run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in daily and preventive maintenance of CNC, VMC, forging machines.

Support breakdown maintenance and help senior technicians in repairs.

Check and maintain basic mechanical parts like belts, bearings, lubrication points, guideways, and fasteners.

Help in hydraulic and pneumatic line checks.

Maintain maintenance checklists and basic documentation.

Follow safety rules, 5S, and housekeeping standards.

Assist in machine installation and shifting when required.

Coordinate with the production team for machine-related issues.
Required Skills

Basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance.

Understanding of mechanical parts like bearings, belts, gears, lubrication, etc.

Willingness to learn CNC/VMC machine maintenance.

Ability to use basic tools and measuring instruments.

Good attitude, discipline, and teamwork skills.
Education & Experience
-
ITI / Diploma/Engineering in Mechanical background
-
0–3 years of experience in manufacturing industry
