Key Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in US Payroll
- Worked as a Payroll Lead on at least 3 end-to-end implementation projects
- Strong expertise in Oracle HCM US Payroll
- Experience creating Integration Functional Design Documents (FDDs)
- Experience creating Reports Functional Design Documents (FDDs)
- Hands-on experience with Payroll Objects Conversion Mapping
- Experience conducting Payroll Parallel Runs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Pay: ₹114,630.81 - ₹133,882.01 per month
