Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager Accounts Payable Regional Process owner Regional process owner will be responsible for owning governing and continuously improving the assigned business process across specific region. The role ensures process standardization efficiency and alignment with global policies and business objectives. The Region Process owner is a crucial business knowledge role with responsibilities: for multiple business segments within a region. The Region Process Owner provides support and guidance to specific Process areas of ownership for business processes and associated systems. The role is a dedicated resource with responsibilities: for ensuring benefit delivery driving continuous improvement managing system upgrades educating the key user community sustaining business process & training documentation and being the liaison with the different team which might include business as well to to fix the issues. Responsibilities: - This role drives continuous improvements using innovative process design across functions recommend interface improvements and system solutions. - This role provides excellent customer service and support as it relates all system areas of MGS Finance. - This associate will effectively liaise with Key Users Operational Leaders Process Owners Center of Excellence Teams Process Owners across SB Us and regions and provide creative solutions while adhering to the Best Practice guidelines and Finance Manual. - Ensure alignment of regional processes with global process framework and policies - Identify process gaps risks and inefficiencies and drive continues improvement opportunities - Support the identification and strategy for end-to-end Accounts Payable solutions with partnership with cross Process teams. - Initiate and implement Continuous Improvements within the scope of assigned Process area which can benefit the service centers. - Timely and Accurate support to ERP governance and change management through best-in-class system/ process impact assessment.
