Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate, creative, and caring LKG Teacher to provide a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young learners. The ideal candidate should be committed to early childhood education and capable of supporting children's academic, social, emotional, and physical development through activity-based learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities.
- Teach foundational concepts in literacy, numeracy, phonics, and general awareness.
- Conduct storytelling, rhymes, music, art, and craft activities.
- Prepare creative teaching aids and maintain an attractive classroom environment.
- Monitor each child's learning and developmental progress.
- Encourage positive behavior, independence, and social skills.
- Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all children.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
- Participate in school events, PTMs, celebrations, and staff meetings.
- Maintain attendance, assessment records, and classroom documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with NTT, Montessori, ECCEd, D.El.Ed., or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong art and craft skills with the ability to create engaging classroom activities, teaching aids, and displays.
- Knowledge of phonics and activity-based learning.
- Good classroom management and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Patient, energetic, creative, and passionate about working with young children.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
