* Supervise daily operations of the car wash and detailing center.
* Ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.
* Handle customer enquiries and convert leads into sales.
* Promote detailing services, ceramic coatings, PPF, and accessories.
* Develop corporate, apartment, and fleet business opportunities.
* Monitor staff performance and maintain discipline.
* Track daily sales, customer feedback, and business targets.
* Coordinate marketing activities and customer retention programs.
Requirements:
* Experience in sales, automobile industry, service center, or business development preferred.
* Strong communication and customer handling skills.
* Ability to manage a team and achieve sales targets.
* Basic computer and reporting knowledge.
* Valid driving license preferred
