As a Development Project Manager at Infor, you will oversee the execution of complex product development initiatives within a global, agile environment. You will collaborate with product managers, software engineers, UX teams, and QA to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Lead the end-to-end execution of development projects, from planning and estimation to delivery and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with product management to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Build and maintain detailed project schedules, identify dependencies, and proactively mitigate risks.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and support scrum teams across geographies.
- Track project progress using metrics and KPIs; deliver regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and team performance.
- Serve as the central point of contact between development, QA, DevOps, and support functions

Experience in software development project management.
- Experience managing Agile/Scrum teams in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- Experience of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
- Experience managing multiple priorities across distributed teams.

PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certification
- Experience working in the enterprise software or ERP space
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Experience managing projects with global, cross-functional teams
