Requirement:
MBA-Marketing
3+ years of experience in brand management, with preference given to experience in building materials, construction, or manufacturing industries. Understanding of technical, high-end building products is highly desirable. Strong ability to analyze market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities.
Job Description:
1) Position the company’s products against competitors, focusing on technical superiorities in aluminium/uPVC fenestration.
2) Plan and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns (social media, website, SEO, trade shows etc).
3) Work closely with sales teams to assist in lead generation and support architects, builders, and developers with brand collateral.
4) Collaborate with R&D or product management teams to highlight product features.
5) Oversee the production of brochures, catalogues, and technical data sheets.
6) Monitor, analyse, and report on brand performance, including awareness and engagement
7) Plan and manage the annual marketing budget.
