Job Title: Retail Sales Officer (RSO)

About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Officers (RSOs) to join our store in Bokaro. The ideal candidate will be passionate about retail sales, customer service, and building long-term customer relationships. Experience in jewelry retail is preferred but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide an exceptional in-store shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and pricing effectively.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
- Support visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards.
- Assist in billing, stock management, and inventory-related activities.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
- Ensure adherence to store processes and operational guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months of experience in retail counter sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in retail is must.
- Strong customer handling and sales skills.
- Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-driven retail environment.
Educational Qualification
- Minimum: Higher Secondary (12th Pass)
- Graduate candidates preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- CTC: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
