Job Summary
The English Faculty is responsible for teaching English language skills to students, improving their communication abilities, and preparing them for academic, competitive, or professional success. The role involves lesson planning, classroom management, student assessment, and creating an engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver effective English language lessons.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
- Develop students' communication and presentation skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and study materials.
- Assess students through tests, quizzes, and regular evaluations.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct spoken English, personality development, and interview preparation sessions (if required).
- Encourage active participation through discussions, debates, role plays, and group activities.
- Maintain attendance records, assessment reports, and academic documentation.
- Support students with individual learning needs.
- Participate in faculty meetings, training programs, and curriculum development.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive classroom environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, English Literature, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- B.Ed. (preferred for schools).
- Excellent spoken and written English.
