Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to manage end-to-end hiring across business functions. The role requires strong sourcing expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver high-quality talent within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment
Manage full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer closure
Handle hiring across functions such as Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, Marketing, etc.
Ensure timely delivery against hiring targets
2. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
Use multiple channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, vendors) for sourcing
Build and maintain pipelines for critical and recurring roles
Develop innovative sourcing strategies for niche positions
3. Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring trends
Ensure alignment on expectations and timelines
4. Candidate Management
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Drive offer negotiations and improve offer-to-join ratio
Manage pre-joining engagement and onboarding coordination
5. Vendor Management
Work with external agencies for sourcing support
Monitor vendor performance and optimize costs
6. Reporting & Process Compliance
Track hiring metrics (TAT, cost per hire, conversion ratios)
Maintain MIS and dashboards for leadership reviews
Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and policies
Key Requirements
Experience in corporate and HR hiring / talent acquisition
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Good understanding of different business functions
Strong communication and stakeholder management ability
Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environments
