We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to support our showroom and back-office activities. In this role, you will be handling everything from core business administration to direct customer interaction. This is an excellent opportunity for an adaptable graduate to learn how a business runs from the ground up.
What You Will Do
- Business Administration: Prepare client quotations, source product rates, collect payments, and assist with tender submissions.
- Digital Brand Support: Help grow our online presence by managing social media channels and creating simple, clean photo or video edits.
- Showroom Management: Keep operations running smoothly, which includes organizing inventory and handling light product movement.
- Showroom & Customer Relations: Occasionally engage with walk-in customers on the shop floor, handle inquiries, and assist with stock organization and light product movement.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: College degree in any field.
- Mindset: Highly proactive, organized, and comfortable switching between desk work and floor work.
- Communication: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Assamese to effectively handle customer interactions and business tasks.
- Tech Skills: Solid hands-on experience using computer, MS Office, Web Surfing and social media platforms. Basic editing skills are a big plus.
- Mobility: Preferrable own and ride a two-wheeler for occasional local business tasks.
- Physical Capability: Willing and able to assist with light lifting and stock organization.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
