Seeking a Highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee our factory's end-to-end inventory. Responsible for the physical security of stock, rigorous quality inspections of incoming materials, and maintaining data accuracy within our ERP system. The ideal candidate ensures that the right material is in the right place, at the right time, and in the right condition.
Key Responsibilities1. Inventory & Flow Management
- Inward Logistics: Supervise the receipt of all raw materials, components, and consumables. Verify physical counts against Purchase Orders (POs) and Delivery Challans.
- Outward Logistics: Manage the dispatch of finished goods or inter-departmental material transfers, ensuring accurate documentation and packaging.
- Space Optimization: Design and maintain an efficient warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) or FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) compliance.
2. Quality Inspection (QC)
- Gatekeeping: Perform initial visual and technical inspections of incoming materials to ensure they meet company quality standards and specifications.
- Rejection Handling: Identify damaged or non-conforming stock; document discrepancies and coordinate with the Procurement team for returns or replacements.
- Preservation: Monitor storage conditions (temperature, humidity, stacking heights) to prevent material degradation.
3. Digital Documentation & ERP
- Real-Time Updates: Execute daily data entry in the ERP software for every material movement (GRN - Goods Received Note, Stock Issue, Returns).
- Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly inventory reports, including stock-ageing analysis and low-stock alerts.
- Reconciliation: Conduct regular cycle counts and annual physical audits to ensure zero variance between physical stock and ERP records.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
