Duties & Responsibilities
1. Business Development
- Drive health insurance sales through allocated bank branches.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly business targets.
- Increase policy count, premium collection and branch activation.
- Ensure maximum lead conversion from branch referrals.
- Focus on retail health insurance, family floater, senior citizen and corporate products.
2. Branch Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with Branch Managers and bank staff.
- Conduct regular branch visits and business review meetings.
- Support branches in customer pitching and closure.
- Ensure smooth coordination between bank and insurance company.
3. Team Management
- Handle and guide Relationship Managers / Sales Officers under the cluster.
- Monitor daily activity, branch coverage and productivity.
- Set targets and track individual performance.
- Motivate the team to achieve higher business and incentives.
- Conduct performance review and corrective action when required.
4. Training & Development
- Train bank staff regarding health insurance products and benefits.
- Conduct sales training, objection handling and customer interaction sessions.
- Update the team about new products, campaigns and compliance requirements.
- Improve product knowledge and sales skills of employees.
5. Sales & Lead Management
- Generate leads through branch walk-ins, existing customers and referrals.
- Ensure timely follow-up and policy issuance.
- Support customers during proposal submission and documentation.
- Monitor pending proposals and resolve operational issues.
6. Customer Service
- Ensure proper customer guidance regarding policy coverage and claims.
- Maintain good customer relationships for renewal business.
- Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues promptly.
- Improve customer satisfaction and retention.
7. Reporting & Compliance
- Submit daily, weekly and monthly business reports.
- Maintain accurate MIS and sales data.
- Ensure IRDAI guidelines and company compliance are followed.
- Monitor policy issuance, pending cases and renewal ratios.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
