Experience (10–15+ years)
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise shuttering carpenters, steel fixers, and helpers
- Read structural drawings and bar bending schedules
- Ensure proper shuttering alignment, level, line, and plumb
- Check reinforcement spacing, cover blocks, and steel placement
- Coordinate with site engineers before concrete pouring
- Monitor slab, beam, column, and footing shuttering work
- Ensure proper erection and dismantling of formwork
- Maintain material usage like plywood, props, pipes, and steel plates
- Ensure safety practices and PPE usage at site
- Manage daily labour productivity and work progress
- Resolve on-site technical and manpower issues
Skills Required
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
