Performance Marketing & E-Commerce Manager
Location: Nikol-Kathwada, Ahmedabad
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for a results-oriented Performance Marketing & E-Commerce Manager to drive online sales growth across marketplaces, D2C channels, and digital marketing platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing marketplace operations, performance marketing campaigns, customer acquisition, retention strategies, analytics, and overall digital revenue growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce Management
- Manage Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, Myntra, and other online marketplaces.
- Optimize product listings, catalog management, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Drive D2C website sales and improve conversion rates.
- Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies.
- Explore and launch new channels such as Quick Commerce, Social Commerce, and International Marketplaces.
Performance Marketing
- Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Amazon Ads, and Marketplace Advertising.
- Plan and execute product launch, seasonal, and festive campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize ROAS, CAC, and marketing ROI.
- Manage digital marketing budgets effectively.
Customer Acquisition & Retention
- Increase website traffic and customer acquisition.
- Execute Email Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing, and CRM campaigns.
- Develop loyalty programs and improve repeat purchase rates.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track key metrics including Revenue, Traffic, Conversion Rate, ROAS, CAC, AOV, and Customer Retention.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze customer behavior, product performance, and campaign effectiveness.
- Support revenue and demand forecasting.
Agency & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with agencies, developers, SEO partners, and marketplace consultants.
- Work closely with Product, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Support teams.
Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Business, or related field preferred.
- Graduate with strong digital commerce experience.
Experience Required
- 5–8 years of experience in Performance Marketing and E-Commerce.
- Experience managing ₹5 Crore+ annual advertising budgets.
- Proven experience in scaling D2C brands and marketplace businesses.
