Role Overview:
The Pre-Primary Academic Curriculum Head is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the curriculum for early childhood education (Nursery, LKG, UKG). The role focuses on ensuring age-appropriate, activity-based, and child-centric learning aligned with educational standards and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Curriculum Development & Planning
- Design and develop a structured, age-appropriate curriculum for pre-primary classes
- Integrate play-based, experiential, and skill-based learning methodologies
- Ensure alignment with NEP guidelines and early childhood education standards
- Develop yearly, term-wise, and weekly academic plans
- 2. Content Creation & Standardization
- Create lesson plans, worksheets, teaching aids, and activity modules
3. Teacher Training & Development
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for pre-primary teachers
- Guide teachers on classroom management and innovative teaching practices
- Monitor teacher performance and provide continuous feedback
4. Academic Monitoring & Quality Assurance
- Conduct regular classroom observations and academic audits
- Ensure effective implementation of curriculum across branches
- Track learning outcomes and suggest improvements
5. Innovation & Research
- Introduce new teaching methodologies and early learning trends
- Incorporate digital tools and activity-based learning strategies
- Continuously upgrade curriculum based on research and feedback
- Standardize curriculum delivery across all branches
- Develop assessment tools for tracking student progress
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education (ECCE/NTT)

- Master’s Degree in Education / Child Development (preferred)
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in pre-primary education
- At least 3–5 years in R&D / curriculum leadership role
- Master’s Degree (preferred)
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in pre-primary education
- At least 2–3 years in curriculum design or academic leadership role
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
