What You'll Do

Build, maintain, and optimize multiple WordPress websites, including themes, plugins, custom PHP/CSS/JS, migrations, security, backups, and performance.
Handle development independently—from staging to production and troubleshooting.
Manage Technical SEO including audits, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, crawl/indexation, redirects, and site architecture.
Own On-Page SEO including keyword research, content briefs, topical maps, and internal linking.
Build programmatic SEO and AI-assisted content workflows.
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini, MCP tools, APIs, and automations in day-to-day workflows.
Manage tracking and reporting through Google Search Console, GA4, rank tracking, and SEO tools.
Document processes and create clear SOPs.

What We Need

5+ years of hands-on WordPress development experience.
Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress themes, plugins, and troubleshooting.
Proven experience and measurable results in Technical SEO and On-Page SEO.
Experience with Ahrefs/SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4, and Screaming Frog.
Knowledge of hosting, DNS, Cloudflare, staging environments, and website migrations.
Experience using AI coding and productivity tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple websites and projects.
Willingness to work onsite in Sector 62, Noida, with daily overlap with US working hours.
