Experience required: 18–20 years in construction/EPCM project management, with large industrial, cleanroom, pharma, data centre or semiconductor facility experience strongly preferred.
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent). PMP / PgMP and a management qualification are an advantage.

Role Summary Overall site leadership and delivery accountability for the construction management assignment. Acts as the single point of ownership for schedule, quality, safety, cost tracking and inter-contractor coordination on behalf of the owner, and is the primary interface with the client's Project Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide development and maintenance of the Construction Master Schedule and drive delivery against baseline milestones.
- Lead weekly and monthly progress reviews with all contractors and discipline teams.
- Identify project risks and delays early, raise flags to the owner, and recommend mitigation actions.
- Review, certify and approve contractor invoices and progress payments.
- Coordinate all discipline engineers and contractors; manage inter-contractor interfaces, work fronts and shared facilities.
- Ensure contractor adherence to approved drawings, method statements, specifications and standards.
- Oversee QA/QC and safety governance across the site; ensure systems are implemented and complied with.
- Support claims and change-order discussions and assist in dispute resolution over scope changes.
- Produce and present executive progress reporting to the owner; monitor cost vs. progress.
Key Skills
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and multi-contractor coordination.
- Sound commercial understanding (billing, change orders, claims).
- Command of scheduling tools (Primavera P6 / MS Project) and project reporting dashboards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and decision-making under site pressure.
