Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Associate who will play a key role in scaling revenue and partnerships for HKI Media and GigMedia. The ideal candidate should be capable of generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, running outreach campaigns, and driving user onboarding on the GigMedia platform.
This role requires someone who understands sales strategy, partnerships, digital campaigns, and growth initiatives, and can actively contribute to increasing the company’s market presence and revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Revenue Generation
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and client accounts for HKI Media
- Develop relationships with brands, agencies, production houses, and corporate clients
- Drive revenue through brand collaborations, project sales, and creative services
GigMedia Platform Growth
- Lead user acquisition initiatives for the GigMedia app
- Onboard artists, agencies, and industry professionals onto the platform
- Promote and sell premium subscriptions and paid features of GigMedia
- Educate users and partners about the value and benefits of the platform
Campaign Management & Outreach
- Plan and execute growth campaigns, partnerships, and promotional activities
- Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and industry networking
- Work closely with the marketing team to convert leads into active users and clients
Market Research & Strategy
- Identify emerging market opportunities and industry trends
- Develop strategies to expand the company’s reach, partnerships, and revenue channels
- Provide insights to leadership for business expansion and growth planning
Client & Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners
- Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business
- Act as the bridge between clients and internal creative teams
Required Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Experience in business development, partnerships, or growth roles
- Understanding of digital platforms, startups, or media/entertainment industry
- Excellent communication and networking abilities
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and client relationships
Pay: ₹11,454.25 - ₹40,817.27 per month
