Academic Call Counselor – CA/CMA Coaching Institute
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Academic Call Counselor to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals who have previously worked in the CA/CMA academic domain and understand the nuances of student counseling, course structures, and coaching operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls/WhatsApp inquiries from students, parents, and franchisees regarding course details, batch schedules, and academic policies.
- Provide accurate and empathetic guidance on course selection, enrollment procedures, and access policies.
- Maintain and update student records using our CRM and internal management tools.
- Collaborate with the academic and operations team to resolve student concerns promptly.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to student onboarding, batch coordination, and feedback collection.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with students from diverse backgrounds, ensuring high levels of student satisfaction.
- Stay updated on CA/CMA curriculum changes, batch launches, and institute policies to provide informed support.
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior experience in academic counseling, student support, or coaching center operations (CA/CMA field preferred).
- Strong understanding of CA/CMA course structures, exam patterns, and student needs.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic CRM tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
Additional Preferences
- Experience working in a CA/CMA coaching institute or educational franchise.
- Familiarity with student access policies, single-device enforcement, and academic batch coordination.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
